Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy drops or promotional periods, dispatch may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Delivery times

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the carrier accepts the package. LYXE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over $150 CAD before tax.

International orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at info@lyxeshop.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
