Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items marked as final sale or sold as part of a limited drop may not be eligible for return.
How to start a return
Email us at info@lyxeshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for Canadian orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. Because most LYXE drops are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee an exchange for the same item in a different size. If your requested exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will cover return shipping and replace the item or issue a full refund.
